All residents will have access to over 2,300 square feet of shared indoor living spaces (highlighted in blue on the floor plans below) and communal assets, such as a furnished guest suite, gym equipment, a home theater, gardening tools, games, a co-working space, lovely settings for hosting, and more.
Due to allergies, common spaces are dog- and cat-free. However, the three ground-level apartments are pet-friendly since they have separate entrances.
All residential suite prices below include utilities, internet, and the 2,300 sqft of common resources. To reflect this, the incremental cost of adding someone to a suite is $755.
